Having experience with some other real estate agents in Mackay – they just want to drive the price down to get a sale. If you don’t follow them your property just sits and degenerates. Meeting Gavin was a life changing experience!!! Gavin provided excellent information on the property presentation, accepted our asking price and kept me up to date with regular communication. Gavin had found a buyer and had an acceptable contract in place with in 3 months – a fair deal for the buyers and sellers.
