Excellent service! Robyn has been the most amazing agent. She first showed us one property and suggested another property, not too far away which could suit our needs. She had to duck off to a meeting but came straight back to show us this property. Robyn spent time with us and could see how this home was ticking a lot of our boxes. The process after signing the contract was not an easy one, with a few extensions, however we remained in contact and Robyn helped by making us feel more at ease knowing others were going through similar stresses. My experience was pleasant and quite stress free, thanks Trevor! Trevor was interested in hearing about my needs and thoughts in regards to marketing my property and was very obliging with helpful advice for a successful champagne. Trevor had a thorough knowledge of the market and what clients to approach as far as suitability of my property for the right buyer. It went pretty smoothly, took a little longer than expected due to a contract crashing which was no fault of Trevor’s and another contract was under way pretty soon. A great experience. The sale went through without a hitch, Gavin’s knowledge on the procedure was fantastic. My experience purchasing the property was good.
